Your access to and use of this site is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These conditions apply to all visitors, users and other persons accessing or using the service.

This site is for your personal use only.

You may not distribute, trade, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from the site, including but not limited to text, audio, video and images for commercial or business purposes.

Our site may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by KCD Tours.

KCD Tours has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that KCD Tours shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through such websites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will endeavour to provide at least 30 days notice of any new terms and conditions. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Price

The price of the tour includes petrol, parking fees, tolls, driver's meals and accommodation. It may also include a private guide (subject to availability). The tour price does not include entrance fees to monuments, safari, national parks, etc... The price does not include hotel bills, train or plane tickets and restaurant bills.

Conversion rate

Exchange rate data is provided by the Open Source Exchange Rate Project. Their accuracy and availability are never guaranteed, and no warranty is provided.

Reservation

The reservation can be made a maximum of 12 months before the start date of the trip. Similarly, a reservation can be made at least 1 day before the start of the journey (subject to the availability of the resources for which the reservation is required).

Reservations can be made either through this website at www.kcdtours.com or by calling or mailing me.

Payment

A deposit must be paid by the customer for his reservation. The amount of the deposit is calculated according to the services rented by the customer.

Advance payment can be made by bank transfer or, at worst, in cash on arrival in India. Before the end of the trip, full and final payment must be made, KCD Tours reserves the right to ask you to pay the total amount (total price indicated minus the deposit) at any time during the trip according to your preferred method of payment, or the final payment must be made in cash to the driver just before departure.

Booking changes include changing the date of arrival or departure, and in the event of a change we will do our best to modify the same booking, otherwise the existing booking will be cancelled and a new booking will be created, and for cancellation the cancellation policy will be applied.

Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing from the email address used to make the booking and must be confirmed by a reply to our cancellation confirmation email. Cancellation refunds may vary depending on the services booked and our policy below :

If you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will be applied. A cancellation will only be effective once we have received written confirmation of the cancellation.

Cancellation 31 days or prior to departure, all deposits will be refunded after deduction of transaction fees and services booked in advance on a non-cancellable basis:

If you leave a trip for any reason after it has started, we are not obliged to refund you for unused services.
